These Terms govern your access to and use of ClarityMenu. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
ClarityMenu supports allergen management and regulatory workflows, but it does not replace trained staff, kitchen controls, or legal obligations. Restaurants remain responsible for allergen accuracy, cross-contact controls, and compliance with UK law, including Natasha's Law.
You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. We may suspend accounts that submit misleading safety information, abuse the platform, or violate these Terms.
Paid plans, billing terms, and trial periods are described at purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable for the billing period already started.
ClarityMenu and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded content and grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the service.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, ClarityMenu is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach, legal risk, or misuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
