Our AI extracts menu data from photos, PDFs, or web imports and structures it with detailed allergen, ingredient, and dietary information.

ClarityMenu covers all 14 UK/FSA-regulated allergens: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, and tree nuts. We also handle cross-contamination risk labelling and custom allergen rules.
